After you have applied for aid, you may receive an e-mail from the Office of Financial Aid requesting that you submit one or more additional items. You can identify the items you are required to complete by reviewing your Student Required Actions on the Student Portal and find the needed document(s) below.
Most forms can be completed electronically and/or online, but some forms may need to be printed and signed. If you are unable to or don’t have access to a printer, please contact our office at 434-947-8128 or financialaid@shushijia.net and we will be happy to mail you the documents needed!
2024-2025
For 2024-2025 VTAG and TEP Applications, deadline for Fall 2024 is 9/15/2024. For Spring 2025, application deadline is 12/1/2024.
2025-2026
For 2025-2026 VTAG and TEP Applications, deadline for Fall 2025 is 9/15/2025. For Spring 2026, application deadline is 12/1/2025.

What is PII? Any information that is connected to a specific individual that can be used to uncover that individual’s identity, such as their social security number, full name, email address or phone number is considered PII.
While most financial aid documents are completed electronically/online, to scan or send a form to our office, you can do so securely by one of the below options:
You can easily and securely upload the requested documentation from either your mobile device or computer. It is acceptable to use your phone or other handheld device to photograph the requested documentation and upload directly.
