Campus AdvocatesConfidential Support Resource

Campus Advocates are faculty and staff who have received specialized training in responding to students who have experienced some kind of sexual violence. They can offer confidential guidance to students in need.

Campus Advocates can help you with:

  • How to cope with what has happened
  • Reporting options
  • Support and counseling resources
  • Randolph’s grievance procedure
  • How to help a friend

Confidentiality

While serving as a Campus Advocate, they are required to report basic occurrence information (date, location, and nature for Clery reporting) to the Director of Campus Safety or the Title IX Coordinator.

No identifiable information would be reported except in the rare event that there is an imminent risk to your safety or the safety of others.

Student Sexual Assault Support Group

This support group for Randolph College students is facilitated by the Sexual Assault Response Program (SARP) of the YWCA of Central Virginia.

Meetings are held on campus every Wednesday while the College is in session.
